Session 1. Discovers your core reasons for smoking, from stress to past trauma, anxiety and emotions. We all have slightly differing, yet deep down unconscious reasons for smoking, so we address those upfront.
Session 2. Deep dive into hypnosis to minimise any symptoms of detox, deal with core reasons, and increase feelings of strength and motivation.
Monthly or weekly emergency Zoom meetings backed up with full Whatsapp and telephone support. Completely private one to one with your personal coach.
In our experience, at one or two weeks as a non smoker, some phone support is still needed for one or two wobbly moments. After 30 days, you're a non smoker.
The most important lesson, is that support should be available as needed, when needed.
